For the past three weeks, I've exercised three times each week - with a personal trainer or in a serious class. Now I know what all those people are talking about when they reference soldiers, jacknifes, and burpees on facebook! I'm not going to say much more because I don't want to jinx it, but I do feel stronger, less irritable and less tired.
More than that, I'm proud of myself.
Mr. Quimby rides his (new) bike almost every day. Not a road bike - he heads for the trails.
I will say this - improved physical health (time for exercise and the motivation to do so at a beautiful facility) was exactly one of the reasons we moved here. It's just nice to see these reasons coming to fruition.
