Post Workout Calm


I love the calm moments I have in a day.  After I go to the gym on Tues and Thurs morning, I come home, make scrambled eggs with a bit of cheese on toast, have about 6 oz. of soda (I've already drank 32 oz. of water thankyouverymuch) and watch about 22 minutes of a tv show on the ipad.
